Responsibilities
- Client Liaison: Regular communication with clients to understand their needs provide project updates and address any concerns or changes.
- Contract Negotiation: Discussing and finalizing contract terms with clients ensuring mutual agreement and legal compliance.
- Project Planning: Collaborating with the project management team to develop detailed project plans that align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Coordination: Ensuring seamless coordination between the client and internal teams including production design and installation.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing any issues or disputes that arise during the project ensuring client satisfaction and project continuity.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of all communications contracts and project changes.
