We are seeking a Product Manager to steer our Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) portfolio. As an accomplished Product Manager, you will collaborate with a multifaceted team to conceptualize and deliver compelling IaaS products, setting priorities and challenging preconceptions.

Responsibilities:
- Formulate and communicate the product vision and strategy, transforming them into user-centric features.
- Manage both the external and internal product roadmaps.
- Establish performance benchmarks for the product suite.
- Engage with stakeholders inside and outside the company to gather requirements and craft user stories.
- Develop business cases and assess the unit economics for new products and enhancements.
- Serve as the Product Owner within the development cycle, generating epics and user stories, and overseeing the prioritization and refinement of the product backlog.
- Promote a culture of high performance in your team, emphasizing rapid iteration and continuous learning without compromising on product quality.
- Equip the sales team with product knowledge and materials.
- Lead a strategy for community engagement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in computing, storage, networking, and security technologies is advantageous.
- Capability to lead and collaborate within a matrixed cross-functional Product team.
- Direct experience and expertise in cloud computing, ideally in designing and delivering IaaS solutions with a focus on OpenStack environments.
- Skilled in data analysis and able to formulate user hypotheses in measurable terms, forecasting the KPI impact of new features.
- Insight into the obstacles developers encounter when choosing an IaaS platform, and a vision for how superior products can address these challenges.
- Technical acumen to work alongside engineering teams on highly technical products and to represent the interests of a customer base comprising professional developers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective meetings, create impactful product documents, and drive stakeholder consensus.
- Practical knowledge of KVM, Ceph, Bare Metal provisioning, and distributed systems is highly valued.
