Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SYNCHRO 4DExpert to join our dynamic team for a contract period of 6 to 12 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using SYNCHRO 4D software with a strong background in managing and executing complex construction projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• SYNCHRO 4D Project Management: Manage and oversee the planning scheduling and of construction projects using SYNCHRO 4D software.
• Modeling and Simulation: Develop and manage 4D models to simulate construction processes optimize workflows and enhance project visualization.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project stakeholders including architects engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of 4D models into the overall project plan.
• Data Management: Maintain and update 4D models with realtime data ensuring accuracy and alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports and presentations on project progress highlighting key milestones potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to team members on SYNCHRO 4D software promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SYNCHRO 4D projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SYNCHRO 4D with a deep understanding of 4D modeling simulation and construction project management.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• ProblemSolving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues manage conflicts and drive projects to successful completion.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced multidisciplinary environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with other project management tools and software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite as required.
