Job Description
Job Title: Junior IT Consultant
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior IT Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering IT solutions and support to our clients ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of client requirements and provide recommendations for IT solutions.
- Support the implementation and configuration of software and hardware systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and infrastructure.
- Document processes procedures and technical issues for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems networks and software applications.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network) are a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary: $50000 $60000 per year depending on experience.
