Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP MDG Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) coupled with excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid setup. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing implementing and supporting SAP MDG solutions to improve enterprise master data management and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical SAP MDG solutions.
- Design configure and implement SAP MDG functionalities including data modeling UI modeling and process modeling.
- Develop and customize MDGrelated enhancements validations and rules using ABAP and BRF.
- Integrate SAP MDG with other SAP and nonSAP systems for seamless data flow and governance.
- Support data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP MDG processes and integrations.
- Provide ongoing support system upgrades and enhancements for SAP MDG solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for endusers and stakeholders to promote data governance best practices.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong handson experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) including data modeling UI modeling and process modeling.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP BRF and Workflow.
- Experience with SAP MDG integrations using ALE/IDOC SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Integration.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and MDG S/4HANA solutions.
- Familiarity with master data domains (e.g. Material Vendor Customer Finance) is a plus.
General Skills:
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Selfdriven with a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP MDG Certification.
- Experience in data governance frameworks and practices.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
