Job Description
To expand our network we are seeking experienced and highly qualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We regularly staff projects in international environments with a minimum duration of 6 to 12 months.
Currently we are looking for Senior SAP Cutover Managers with at least 10 years of experience in international SAP programs and/or IT system rollouts. The ideal candidate will have excellent English and Hungarian language skills (spoken and written).
Onsite presence in Budapest required.
Tasks
The specific tasks depend on the clients needs for each project request.
Requirements
- 10 years of work experience within largescale SAP/ERP/IT transformation programs
- 10 years of experience as a Cutover Manager in groupwide SAP projects
- Indepth understanding of SAP modules architectures and technologies (e.g. SAP S/4Hana SAP ECC SAP BW)
- Experience with SAP data migration tools and methods as well as interface integration
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools particularly in the context of SAP projects
- Experience in developing and implementing cutover plans for SAP systems
- Several years of experience in SAP project management specifically in the role of Cutover Manager or similar positions
- Proven track record of managing complex SAP cutovers and system migrations successfully
- Ability to identify and assess risks in the SAP cutover process and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong problemsolving skills in the context of SAP systems and migrations.
- Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. PMI PRINCE2 SCRUM SAP Activate SAFe)
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Fluent in English and Hungarian both spoken and written
