As a Content Marketeer you play a crucial role in how we shape our narrative. Youll be responsible for executing the content and brand strategy that will position Neople as the industry leader in DACH. Your goal will be to generate demand by driving awareness create kickass content and coordinate and execute campaigns. You make sure that content and campaigns are localized to the local market. Next to that you make sure our brand is recognizable among all channels and adapt the content to the specific channels.
Tasks
- Ability to design content marketing strategies and execute successful content marketing initiatives.
- Write edit and publish highquality content like blogs posts articles newsletters and case studies and localize existing marketing content to the local DACH market.
- Experience managing freelancers and external agencies.
- Understanding of SEO content metrics and analytics tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in content marketing branding or a related field preferably in the tech or AI industry.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills both verbal and written in German and English. You are a grammar fanatic and can easily switch between formal as well as informal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Startup or SaaS experience
- Experience with graphic design tools (nice to have)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (nice to have)

We believe the people you work with are what make a job amazing. Youll work mostly alongside Milan (Lead Growth Marketeer) Luke (UXdesigner) and Luc (Creative Designer). Next to that youll be closely working with the founders Hans Menno and Bas and the rest of the Revenue team. Youll be part of the starting team in the Berlin office that will be launched at the 1st of September.
