Were growing fast and thats why were looking for a new (human) colleague to join our stellar Berlinbased team! Were on the search for a highly motivated Germanspeaking Founders Associate who will play a crucial role in our next growth phase.
As the Founders Associate you will work directly with the founders and play a critical role in driving the companys strategic initiatives and operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of a highgrowth startup from strategy and business development to operations and marketing. You will be instrumental in supporting the founders in their daily tasks and longterm projects.

Tasks
- Assist the founders in developing and executing the companys strategic plan.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Manage special projects and initiatives across various departments.
- Prepare presentations reports and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Act as a liaison between the founders and other team members ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in a highgrowth startup consulting or investment banking.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and handson approach.

We believe the people you work with are what make a job amazing. Youll work mostly alongside one of the Founders (Bas Hans or Menno). Next to that you will work closely with Weronica (Partnerships) and Remy (Revenue Operations). Youll be part of the starting team in the Berlin office that will be launched at the 1st of September.
