Tasks
- Take full ownership of our sales and lead generation efforts developing and executing a strategy to attract craftsmen businesses to our platform
- Build scalable lead generation processes including automating outreach and using tools like sers CRMs and other systems
- Work closely with the founders on strategic decisions that shape our sales funnel partnerships and overall marketing growth
- Develop relationships with key organizations (e.g. HWK Meisterschulen) to create sustainable lead pipelines
- Analyze and optimize lead generation efforts to ensure a steady inflow of highquality leads
Requirements
- You are a highly motivated toptier student or recent graduate with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship
- A proactive mindset with experience or interest in building and automating business processes
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- An analytical thinker with a problemsolving attitude
- Fluency in German
