Job Description
As a Founders Associate (Intern or Working Student) you will play a critical role in supporting both the CEO and COO with their projects and daytoday operations including backoffice management financial tasks business development research and sales execution/automation. Youll also have opportunities to work on preparing pitches supporting startup contest applications and assisting in various aspects of sales development and automation. This role provides unique exposure to diverse areas within a startup allowing you to make a meaningful impact while closely collaborating with our founders.
Tasks
Your Daily Business
- Collaborating with the cofounders and supporting them in their diverse projects.
- Executing sales and automating sales processes.
- Managing backoffice operations and handling financial tasks.
- Initiating new projects to benefit the company.
Requirements
Requirements
- Near completion of a Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a Masters degree in economics or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Proficient in Google Suite Jira and LinkedIn.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent selforganization skills an entrepreneurial mindset and creativity.
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for handson tasks.
