Job Description
- Responsible for Egypt subzone countries financial target & profitability of Lab Solutions in cooperation with country marketing manager, Sales team & BP managers
- Develop in-depth knowledge of In-vitro products for direct sales team & BPs staff.
- Provide expert product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Close follow up for the installed base to ensure optimum utilization & address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales channels with marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and other promotional activities & support customers events.
- Support new product launches and campaigns, by delivering product information and presentations in addition the required regulatory requirements & documentations.
- Support Country forecasting for both of reagents & instruments via company platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to provide insights and feedback to the company.
- Develop Market intelligence & transparency by monitoring competition activities & market trends to support country marketing manager in country business planning.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Assist in Product troubleshooting and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
