Responsible for Egypt subzone countries financial target & profitability of Lab Solutions in cooperation with country marketing manager, Sales team & BP managers
Develop in-depth knowledge of In-vitro products for direct sales team & BPs staff.
Provide expert product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Close follow up for the installed base to ensure optimum utilization & address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide sales channels with marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and other promotional activities & support customers events.
Support new product launches and campaigns, by delivering product information and presentations in addition the required regulatory requirements & documentations.
Support Country forecasting for both of reagents & instruments via company platforms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to provide insights and feedback to the company.
Develop Market intelligence & transparency by monitoring competition activities & market trends to support country marketing manager in country business planning.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Assist in Product troubleshooting and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest product improvements.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
