Chief Development/Commercial Officer Real Estate
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Visionary and resultsoriented executive with 57 years of experience in leading real estate development in Egypt. Specializes in planning and executing firstclass projects that elevate brand value and generate significant returns. Known for strategic acumen operational excellence and a commitment to delivering highquality developments.

- Strategic Development: Expertise in crafting and implementing development strategies tailored to the Egyptian market capitalizing on local opportunities and trends.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record in overseeing all phases of project development from site acquisition to completion ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and profitability.
- Financial Expertise: Proficient in financial modeling and analysis to maximize investment returns and optimize project budgets.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate market including regulatory requirements and consumer preferences.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in engaging with stakeholders including investors architects contractors and government authorities to ensure project success.

- Luxury Developments: Successfully developed and launched luxury residential and commercial projects in Egypt achieving abovemarket returns.

- Education Qualifications & Experiences
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) AUC GUC BUE or equivalent
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development AUC GUC BUE or equivalent
Professional Affiliations:
- Member Egyptian Real Estate Council (EREC)
- Member of Real Estate Development Chamber (REDCO)
- Member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Egypt Chapter
- The ideal candidate will be able to handle stress and work under pressure and bring along strong administrative skills an analytical mind and the capability of being able to write concise reports.
