Position Summary:
We are seeking a midlevel to senior associate to join the firms Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial real estate leasing and transactional work including but not limited to:
- Development projects
- Real estate acquisitions and sales
- Joint ventures
- Zoning and land development approvals
- Title and survey analysis
Experience in renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft review and negotiate real estate agreements and contracts.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and support to clients.
- Conduct due diligence and analyze title and survey documentation.
- Assist clients in obtaining zoning and land use approvals.
- Work alongside senior attorneys to ensure quality outcomes and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in Pennsylvania in good standing.
- 23 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate within a team setting.
- A clientcentric approach with a focus on delivering topnotch service.
