The Customer Service Representative (Funding) is responsible for ensuring the seamless of funding and auditing processes. This role involves managing complex financial documentation coordinating contract administration and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy strong organizational skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly. While primarily focused on administrative support this position also requires proactive involvement in customer service and risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Funding and Audits:
- Coordinate and execute all activities related to funding and auditing processes covering both UK and Canadian operations.
- Provide risk credit support by identifying and escalating potential operational risks.
- Assist in underwriting new proposals by conducting personal and company searches for UK and Canadian businesses.
Contract Administration:
- Coordinate and issue welcome packs to new customers.
- Create and organize customer files ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records and update system data regularly.
- Proof contracts to support the contract manager offering recommendations as needed.
- Provide operational and system support to the contract manager.
- Liaise with external funding partners as required.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and written communication offering proactive assistance.
- Support customers through the lifecycle of their contracts including endoflease processes.
- Cover collections activity and manage arrears when necessary.
- Manage record and report all complaints in compliance with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) rules.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with client partners.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work outside standard hours as needed to meet business requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and meet role requirements.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by clients or management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in coordinating funding and audit processes.
- Familiarity with financial documentation and contract administration.
- Ability to identify and escalate potential risks in financial operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM British Summer Time (BST)
