Our client is a leading financial services firm who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and objectives particularly in the securities sector.
- Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies ensuring the organization has the right talent in place to meet its strategic goals. This includes succession planning and workforce development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain highcaliber employees.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations mitigating legal risks and promoting ethical practices within the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of inclusion and engagement promoting employee wellbeing and satisfaction through various initiatives and programs.
- Organizational Development: Lead organizational change management efforts ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management systems ensuring they align with business objectives and support employee development.
- HR Technology: Leverage HR technology and analytics to enhance decisionmaking processes and improve HR service delivery.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to provide insights and guidance on HRrelated issues contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in an executive role preferably within the financial or securities industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Indepth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics.
- Ability to manage change and drive organizational effectiveness.
