Are you a visionary Product Manager ready to lead innovative AIpowered software solutions in the healthcare sector As a Senior Product Manager at ICIGAI you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy building scalable solutions and enhancing datadriven decisionmaking processes for healthcare providers. Reporting to the Director of Product you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver solutions that streamline workflows enhance patient care and support internal operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead the product strategy roadmap and development for AIpowered tools that enhance healthcare interactions and internal operations.
Collaborate with engineering data science and operations teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Oversee the development of tools supporting data governance migration and management while ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders to gather insights prioritize product features and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive the productization process with a focus on scalability usability and a datadriven approach.
Understand market trends and emerging technologies in healthcare to ensure continuous innovation in our product offerings.
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Serve as a product evangelist communicating the value and impact of ICIGAI s products internally and externally.
Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning across the product management team.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING:
7 years of product management experience with a focus on AIpowered tools or data management solutions.
Strong technical acumen with experience in data management AI solutions and automation technologies.
Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams in delivering innovative software products.
Healthcare industry experience particularly in life sciences or healthcare software is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to turn complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
Exceptional communication skills with experience working directly with stakeholders and customers.
Experience working in agile fastpaced environments preferably in technology or SaaS startups.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
