Job Description
- Developed and implemented robust test plans and strategies that improved testing efficiency and effectiveness resulting in defect rates being reduced and speed up testing process.
- Introduced and optimized automation testing frameworks significantly reducing manual testing efforts and increasing test coverage especially for regression testing.
- Streamlined defect tracking and resolution processes ensuring critical issues were promptly identified prioritized and addressed.
- Collaborated closely with crossfunctional teams including development product management and operations to ensure alignment on quality objectives of testing.
- Led QA efforts for multiple projects ensuring strong quality standards were met and delivering products on time and within budget.
- Managed and mentored QA Tester fostering a collaborative and highperformance testing environment.
- Conducted regular knowledgesharing sessions to promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- For various FSI projects: Credit Processing System for SME & Enterprise Banking Credit Limit System.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree majoring in Information Technology from reputable University
- Have experience in banking industry
- Have experience in software testing management
- Analyzing and understanding data
- Have a good leadership and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in onsite in South Jakarta office (contract based)
