On behalf of a boutique property firm in Dublin we are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant.
Working with a closeknit team the Accounts Assistant will have a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to;
- Monthly journal posting including accruals and prepayments.
- Management and control of a large volume of bank accounts.
- Bank reconciliation and resolution of queries.
- Assisting with the preparation of the quarterly board and client reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of the yearend financial statements.
- Process all accounts payable invoices in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Part Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency and experience in processing transactions as part of integrated accounting systems.
- Key experience in dealing with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong team player builds relationships and consults with others quickly establishes trust and credibility.

Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited college or university. ACA/ ACCA/CIMA/ CPA qualification with c. 5 years post qualified experience. Previous real estate/ property mgmt. industry experience preferred. Candidates with extensive property industry experience, but lacking full ACA/ ACCA qualification, will also be considered. Proficient in the use of accounting software (Yardi experience highly advantageous). Prior experience to a system implementation, highly advantageous. Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisation, good judgement, showing logical decision-making and have a hands-on approach.
