Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate preferably only Male should be a selfstarter result oriented confident dedicated Civil Engineer having thorough knowledge of all the aspects of building construction external development works and project management. He should be well versed with all construction items and techniques. Thorough knowledge of design and detailed design of the civil part of the project specifications bill of quantities and should be able to frame specifications independently. Reading architectural drawings and executing the finishing work on ground accordingly. Will be responsible for planning of civil and interior works of fixation of high class Walls & Floor Tiles Granite/ Marble Stone fixing Lighting Renovation Materials POP Cements plumbing. Paint and polish of internal and external walls. Modular Kitchen fixing etc. He must know how to draw on CAD Desired Candidate Profile: B.E.(Civil) with more than 10 years experience of project management of construction site in reputed firm and should be an independent planner and handled sites independently with good knowledge of computers Should have capabilities of handling Civil /site finishing work individually and get the work executed from junior engineers and the contractor labor as per drawings
