Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role you will support the talent acquisition process by assisting in recruiting interviewing and hiring toptier talent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various job boards and company websites.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with onboarding new hires including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Compensation:
- Salary: $50000 $60000 per year based on experience.
