Position Overview: The Associate Healthcare Analyst will support our healthcare analysis team by gathering interpreting and presenting healthcare data to drive business decisions and improve healthcare delivery. This role involves working closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect clean and analyze healthcare data from various sources. Utilize statistical techniques and tools to interpret data trends and patterns.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and visualizations that communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams including clinicians administrators and IT professionals to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Research: Conduct research on healthcare trends regulatory changes and industry best practices to support analysis and recommendations.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data quality control processes and troubleshooting datarelated issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Public Health Statistics Data Science or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in a healthcare analytics role or a related field preferred but entrylevel candidates with relevant internships or projects will be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and statistical software (e.g. R SAS SPSS). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
