Currently we are partnered with a premier healthcare provider in Las Vegas in search of a highly talented Director of Healthcare Technology Management.
Job Summary:
Lead and transform the healthcare technology management (HTM) program for a respected 485bed hospital system. Youll drive strategic direction through technology assessment medical device integration and risk analysis while ensuring exceptional patient care through optimized medical equipment management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic direction of the HTM program through technology assessment and planning
- Lead medical device integration operations risk analysis and security initiatives
- Develop and execute KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement
- Create and implement customized service delivery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all medical devices and equipment
- Direct and motivate HTM team members
Qualifications:
- Track record of healthcare technology management program leadership
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment across manufacturers models and modalities
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (CMS TJC CLIA AABB NRC)
- Tech School certification or associate degree required Bachelors degree preferred
- 58 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise with CMMS products and Microsoft suite
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
