Job Title: Senior Healthcare Architect
Location: King of Prussia PA
Job Type: FullTime

With a commitment to excellence and a clientcentred approach the firm is expanding its healthcare portfolio and looking for dynamic professionals to lead these projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Healthcare Architect will play a key leadership role in driving the firms healthcare initiatives. This position will be responsible for managing all phases of healthcare architecture projects from initial planning and design to construction oversight. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare architecture with a passion for delivering highquality design solutions that meet client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all project phases including programming planning design documentation and construction management.
- Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of healthcare projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients focusing on their satisfaction and project outcomes.
- Coordinate with partners including engineering firms contractors construction companies and material vendors to ensure project success.
- Support marketing and business development teams in identifying and securing new healthcare projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working on healthcare architecture projects.
- Strong technical expertise with a proven history of delivering successful healthcare projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering highquality work.
CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
- Architectural registration with a current active license is required.
- LEED Green Associate Accreditation is preferred but not mandatory.
