The project and the team

We are a team of Developers DevOps and Network Engineers working in the domain of network security. We explore the world of networks and infrastructure we automate deployment in both public and private clouds and automate configuration migration workflows for security solutions. We understand that to create impactful software and boost techdriven businesses globally we need topnotch engineers and thinkers. That is why for our growing technical team we are looking for an exceptional technical writer who has experience in producing valuable and engaging content and has a certain level of technical expertise.

What else you should know:

• Our tech stack for the project includes cuttingedge technologies such as Python Terraform Kubernetes public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) and firewall solutions

• The client is a multinational provider in the cybersecurity area and is based in the US and Europe

Your role

As a part of the project team you will be responsible for:

• Taking initiative and ownership in planning content according to current business needs in close cooperation with project stakeholders

• Writing technical content in various forms such as living design and usage documentation or articles etc.

• Writing business content in various forms such as case studies success stories white papers etc.

• Preparation of business and technical presentations

• Explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Working with technical staff to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and reporting

• Working with the client and supporting the team etc.

Do we have a match

As a Senior content writer for IT project you must meet the following criteria:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and be a stickler for excellent English grammar

• The ability to write in explanatory styles for multiple audiences

• Experience in working with technical teams (software engineers network engineers project managers)

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience as an effective content writer in the IT industry

• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and understand complex topics

• Detail oriented

Beyond the criteria above we would appreciate the nicetohaves:

• Handson experience as a technical writer
