Job Description
What would you do
- Guide clients through the implementation process until they are fully live with our solution.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to manage and deliver project milestones ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
- Follow up with clients to ensure the adoption of new functionalities.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports including status reports risk analysis and technical documentation.
- Deliver presentations both internally and externally to communicate progress and strategies.
- Persuade and convince clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Provide clear and concise briefs to Project Managers (PMs) and work closely with solution teams.
- Organize and participate in weekly touchpoints with clients.
- Management of escalations of issues and problems the client has.
Your experience has been shaped by
- Proven experience in project management.
- Previous experience designing and executing projects with clients.
- Experience guiding clients through implementation processes.
- Experience in managing ecommerce and/or logistics projects (desirable).
Your SuperPowers
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding and customer service abilities.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to quickly learn about our product.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
