Job Title: Production Supervisor
Department: Components/Various

Reports To: VP of Operations

For 40 years it has led the industry with innovative products that improve the quality and reliability of electrical power equipment. In the mid1980s CMI was the first to introduce thermoplastic primary and secondary bushings to the transformer industry. The success of these bushings led to a complete transformation of these products utilizing advanced thermoplastic technology.
Job Summary
As a Supervisor at Central Moloney you will play a pivotal role in various departments such as Production Shipping/Receiving Quality Maintenance etc. Youll undertake a variety of functions to support transformer production ensuring operations align with production standards and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflow and production schedules to meet customer needs.
- Train and onboard new hires ensuring seamless integration into the team.
- Evaluate employee performance provide constructive feedback and assist in conflict resolution.
- Effectively issue instructions ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Motivate and inspire employees towards improved work performance and goal achievement.
- Guide and advise employees leveraging their strengths for professional development.
- Identify and apply career advancement opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
- Produce and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you bring
- 3 Years of Team Lead/Supervisor experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in manufacturing setting a plus.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills to address operational challenges.
- Good mathematical and computer skills.
- Effective communication organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Performanceoriented with a focus on meeting goals.
- Dependability and consistent attendance are crucial.
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week OT & any shift
- Background check Drug & Alcohol Screening required.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise extreme temperatures and environmental stressors.
- Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.
- PPE: Wear the required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safety toe footwear.
- Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).
- Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
- Skills: Effective communication basic math skills and teamwork.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
