As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate review and follow construction plans bids and specifications
- Liaising with project management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences
- Conduct onsite inspections including evaluation of personnel tools materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate and updated records on all projects. Example: receival of daily reports from leads safety meeting sign in sheets progress pictures and material orders
- Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management and suppliers as needed
- Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project
- Ensure that construction sites are safe and that all personnel follow proper safety procedures
- Maintain and improve performance and safety standards
- Train and provide regular feedback to ongoing personnel
- Manage cost controls
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Enforce all company policies procedures and safety standards
- Be able to Train and Mentor while managing schedules and performance management.
- Supervise support staff during projects
- Provide excellent customer service to business partners and customers
- Support recruiting efforts as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily activities
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Be able to communicate effectively with team members office staff and business partners.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills to lead a team in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues while ensuring safety and efficiency
Working Conditions:
- Job requires working in all elements depending on job location time of year heat cold rain. Includes crawling standing stooping bending crouching kneeling sitting reaching able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required.
- Perform work at various heights up to 24 from ladders scaffolds aerial lifts cat walks or other safe work areas.
- Work in restricted areas (closets tunnels crawl spaces attics).
- Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat safety glasses at all times) respirator when required.

- Repetitive use of arms hands and fingers.
- Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.
- Able to work 8 hours per day 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
