Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

- System Maintenance: Help maintain IT systems ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently from computers to networks.
- Installation & Setup: Aid in installing configuring and upgrading computer systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- User Support: Provide support to staff regarding the use of IT equipment answering questions and offering guidance on various tools and software.
- Network Monitoring: Learn how to monitor the companys networks ensuring connectivity and security.
- Data Backup & Recovery: Assist in data backup processes and learn how to ensure data security and recovery in case of incidents.
- Documentation: Maintain records of issues and resolutions documenting troubleshooting steps to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with new technologies software and IT best practices to continually enhance your skills.
Requirements
Requirements:
- A Matric certificate with basic computer literacy.
- A strong interest in Information Technology.
- No prior experience is required but a passion for technology and learning is essential.
