Our client is looking for office support to facilitate the smooth functioning of the regional office and provide logistics support through managing information scheduling handling enquiries and preparation of correspondence and reports.
Administrative Support:
Ensure office layout supports operations.
Manage office equipment (e.g. photocopiers printers).
Liaise with relevant units for smooth office operations.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit procedures.
Communicate building requirements with service providers.
Oversee daytoday office logistics (e.g. meeting calendar refreshments).
Ensure sufficient stock of supplies.
Oversee cleaning and pest control.
Facilities and Security:
Ensure office security each evening.
Coordinate issuing and cancellation of security access tags.
Support the development and implementation of facilities and security policies.
Liaise with other units for facilities policy information.
Coordinate facilities and security risk measures.
Service and Maintenance
Coordinate emergency evacuation exercises.
Refill first aid boxes and arrange for servicing of fire extinguishers.
Conduct inspections of facilities and securityrelated registers.
Schedule fire aid and firefighting training.
