Job Description
Job Title: IT Process Improvement (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current IT processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements understand pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Use datadriven approaches and metrics to assess the performance of IT processes and measure the impact of improvements.
- Create detailed documentation of processes procedures and improvements to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote process improvements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support the adoption of new processes and tools.
- Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives providing updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean) are a plus.
- Proven experience in process improvement within an IT environment with a solid understanding of process optimization methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in process improvement tools and software such as process mapping and data analysis tools.
- Experience with project management principles and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
