Job Description
Job Title: Systems Administrator(US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain servers networks and storage systems.
- Manage and support operating systems including Windows Linux and macOS environments.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular security audits to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions.
- Provide technical support to internal users and troubleshoot hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Manage user accounts permissions and Active Directory administration.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and deploy software and system updates.
- Maintain system documentation including network configurations and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and external regulations.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Bash).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Linux (e.g. Ubuntu CentOS) and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware HyperV).
- Proficiency in Active Directory Group Policy and DNS/DHCP management.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP etc.) and network troubleshooting.
- Experience in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Bash Python).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
