Job Description
- Inspect equipment/parts to determine repair or replacement needs.
- Source and price replacement parts.
- Prepare detailed customer quotes and job tickets for assigned tasks.
- Create troubleshooting analysis reports and repair quotes.
- Report material defects rework delays or issues to Operations Manager sales reps and customers.
- Ensure inspection documentation is accurate and complete.
- Regularly update job status in the ERP system and communicate with the team on project deliverables.
- Maintain professionalism courtesy and respect in daily work interactions.
- Experience in machining repair and service industry.
- Previous experience in estimating or service writing.
- Ability to read complex drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and failure analysis skills.
