Job Description
- Perform detailed estimates for residential roofing projects including shingle tile and metal roofs.
- Analyze blueprints project plans and other documents to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
- Maintain updated market pricing for materials in the estimating system.
- Generate job cost reports and present prepared estimates to management.
- Collaborate with vendors contractors and internal teams ensuring accurate handoffs with project managers.
- Florida Roofing Experience: Strong understanding of local roofing regulations and materials.
- Experience 3 Years
- The Edge Estimating Software: Proficiency in using this software for accurate cost estimation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents including blueprints and builder plans.
- Strong organizational and communication skills both written and interpersonal.
