We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Indore!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients (Doctors pharmacies etc.)
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Medysevas offerings
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas through effective communication and negotiation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 46 years of experience in business development preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Graduate degree (BBA / B.Pharma) or equivalent qualification
  • Must have experience of managing a team of business development executives.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Highly motivated resultsoriented and selfdriven
  • Targetdriven with a strong track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
