Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming customer calls to address their inquiries resolve issues and provide information.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information in CRM.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent followup schedule.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets for calls made leads generated and conversions. A Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products services and company
policies Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and performance metrics.
Education/Experience
Qualifications:
12th Pass/Graduated
Fresher/Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a teamResultsoriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Strong problemsolving skills and a positive attitude.
