Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize website or app experiences

- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to define and execute targeted campaigns using Adobe Target
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for website/app optimization
- Utilize Adobe Target to create and manage personalized content and promotions
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for ongoing optimization and personalization efforts
- Configure and maintain Adobe Target activities and experiences
- Provide guidance and support to crossfunctional teams on Adobe Target best practices
- Collaborate with web analytics team to track and report on performance of tests and personalization efforts
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new features of Adobe Target to drive innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of experience in implementing and managing Adobe Target for personalization and optimization
- Proven track record of driving results through A/B testing and personalization strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and marketers
- Certification in Adobe Target is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to communicate and present complex ideas effectively
