Job Description

Overview

The Customer Support Specialist Telugu plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to Teluguspeaking customers. This position is vital in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing product or service information in Telugu.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Telugu & English
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Assist with placement of orders refunds or exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone email mail or social media
  • Gather feedback and share with the internal teams
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Telugu & English (spoken and written)
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Positive attitude and empathy towards customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
