Job Description
Bayfield Food Ingredients a leading provider of innovative food solutions is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Executive Production Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning coordination and problemsolving skills with a proven track record in production planning and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze production performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with various departments including procurement manufacturing and quality control to ensure smooth production operations.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
- Develop and maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in production planning and scheduling or related scope
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and planning software is preferable.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Excellent Excel proficiency.
- Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- Ability to think logically and make sound decisions.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with supply chain planning tools
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
