Position: Assistant Manager Operations
Overview of the Position:
This role responsible for Business Centre (BC) operations including the sales promotion services inventory and payment submission. Assist the Operations Manager with other related operational matters and issues within the department including operations matters in overseas countries.
Job Responsibilities:
- The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
- Maintain Business Centre Standards: Ensure the Business Centres uphold a high standard of image cleanliness and service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage daily money submissions and ensure timely processing of orders. Inventory Management: Monitor and control Business Centre inventory to prevent exceeding set limits.
- Operations Training: Conduct training sessions as needed to update team members on company SOPs and policies.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary liaison between Business Centres and the company to assist with any operational issues.
- SOP Updates: Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reference and compliance purposes.
- System Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new sales operations systems/modules.
- Stock Audits: Perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Onsite Visits: Regularly visit Business Centres to oversee operations and ensure adherence to set guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in MLM or business operations.
- Experienced in leading a small team.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal problemsolving skills and well organized.
- Able to conduct training to branch staffs/BCKP operator.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as this role required to deal with stakeholders who communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese
