Position : Technical Support Engineer

Experience : 45Years

Salary : Depends Upon Experience

Location : Bangalore

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in technical support and a strong understanding of technology products and services. As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement. If you are passionate about technology and have a knack for problemsolving we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

. Provide technical support to customers via phone email or in person

. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services

. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

. Document and track customer reported issues and resolutions

. Provide product training and support to customers as needed

. Contribute to product improvement by providing feedback from customer interactions

Requirements:

45 years of experience in technical support or a related field

Strong understanding of technology products and services

Excellent problemsolving and communication skills

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with internal departments

Customerfocused with a passion for providing exceptional support

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

- Proven work experience as a Data Processing Executive or similar role - Proficiency in data processing tools and software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail - Good communication and collaboration abilities - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field If you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a dynamic team in the technology industry, we encourage you to apply.
