This is a remote position.
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer (Landing Page Optimization) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design responsive landing pages that:
(a) will optimize conversions from ad traffic arriving at the page
(b) align with client branding and banking compliance
(c) which are ultimately implementable when considering the restrictions of a given client s CMS platform.
- Present your expert recommendations professionally and persuasively to clients
- Collaborate with our sales fulfillment and creative teams to fully understand campaigns and context for application
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends SEO recommendations advertising best practices and related emerging technologies.
- Work daily with technologies such as ChatGPT to do your job efficiently and effectively
- Provide UX/UI design work for our company website and internal proprietary campaign management software as needed
- Other duties as our company and your role in it inevitably grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in UX/UI web design or a related field.
- Complete expert s understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Strong ability to professionally and effectively articulate these concepts with our clients.
- Experience working in Figma design software.
Nice to Have:
- Functional understanding of SEO concepts.
- Experience working with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- General understanding of finance industry products (Most of our clients are regional banks and credit unions).
- General understanding of marketing and advertising principles especially pertaining to digital marketing campaigns.
