As a Creative Designer you will strategize communicate negotiate and drive design solutions for our communications. You ll collaborate with Marketing Content Product Growth Data & People & Culture teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for our users. You ll build solutions with a deep understanding of our users needs and transform them into usable designs by conducting frequent analysis. Youll be able to articulate your decisions & solutions verbally as well as through sketches presentations hifi mockups and print samples.
Responsibilities
Take endtoend ownership and responsibility of projects to every detail and every step in process of delivery from brief to result of the project.
2. Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of digital and print content including social media graphics presentations event branding emailers promotional materials and more.
3. Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary designers consisting of creative designers motion designers frontend designers and agencies.
4. Tracking performance of design initiatives and taking initiatives to improve results through design strategies
5. Connect with stakeholders to understand the values of different services and come up with ideal design solutions based on the project s needs.
6. Market research and analysis of design projects. Building design hypothesis and taking design decisions based on research and data. Participate in user calls surveys and interactions and initiate design experiments based on data
7. Optimize efficiency by auditing and exploring internal and external design and collaboration processes.
8. Timely Project delivery with quality assurance and ensuring brand consistency across all visual designs and marketing materials.
9. Extend the existing brand guidelines and build new ones
Qualifications
1.Experience with project management in an agile datadriven environment.
2. Proficient in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and a flair for learning new software fast.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in creating engaging content with knowledge on impact of your recent projects.
4. Detailed Understanding of different mediums of communication: Print Events Social Media etc.
5. Ability to conceptualize and design creative solutions based on the brand guidelines project goals and target audience
6. Knowledge of creating infographics and data visualization techniques is a plus
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders to present design decisions negotiate timelines and brainstorm ideas. 8. User and datafocused design mentality. You are constantly looking to hone your teams instincts through user feedback and data insight.
9. Passionate about design and keeping up with all of the latest design trends case studies and philosophies of what makes design great.
10. Good knowledge of Graphic Design principles Layouts Typography Color Theory for both print and digital collaterals
11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
12. Outstanding communication/presentation skills both written and verbal. Presenting concept visualization through sketches drawings and illustrations
