FINANCIAL SERVICES LITIGATION ASSOCIATEMIDLEVEL
LOCATION: NEW YORK
SALARY: $225000 to $290000
We are seeking opportunity for a midlevel associate attorney with at least four years experience in commercial securities and/or financial services litigation to join the firm s Financial Services Practice Group in New York City.
The ideal candidate will have taken on significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums including drafting pleadings brief writing motion practice handling discovery and the daytoday management of cases. Outstanding advocacy and communication skills oral and written are required; Experience with securities litigation arbitration and/or or enforcement matters is preferred. Applicants from government agencies are encouraged. To be considered you must be a member the New York state bar.
The annualized salary range for this position in New York City is $225000 to $290000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
