Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Emergency Department.
- Ensure highquality patient care staff engagement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices and improve outcomes.
- Oversee budgeting staffing and compliance with regulatory standards.
MustHaves:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a compact state.
- Certifications: American Heart Association BLS ACLS and PALS.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience (Manager level or above) in an Emergency Department within the last 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree (MSN MHA or related field).
- Experience working in a community hospital Emergency Department.
