Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Acute Care Services to lead and manage our acute care operations. This pivotal role is ideal for a dedicated leader with a strong background in clinical leadership acute care and a commitment to fostering excellence in patient outcomes and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee acute care operations ensuring delivery of highquality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to drive process improvements and project success.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Manage mentor and support clinical teams fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
MustHaves:
- Proven union experience.
- A minimum of 5 years as an Acute Care Clinical Leader.
- RN competency in Med/Surg or ICU settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Unit Level Director is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in tabulating metrics collaborating with physicians and managing process improvement projects.
- At least 2 years of bedside RN experience.
