Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills be teamoriented and be proficient in English and Hindi. This role involves handling customer inquiries and issues through a blended process that includes phone calls chat and email support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls chat and email channels.
Address and resolve customer inquiries issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated with company policies procedures and product knowledge.
Utilize various tools and software to manage customer support efficiently.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Teamoriented with a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable with a blended process (phone calls chat and email support).
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle all types of users with patience and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Please note that this is a oneyear contractual role. Only apply if youre comfortable with the duration.
