Job Description

Zinlabs is a USbased earlystage startup building software copilot for business finance. We re crafting the best products around SaaS Banking and AI for business finance think of Intuit but 10x better products. We ve launched our first product for startups Zinance. Next we re building various SaaS solutions for finance professionals and entrepreneurs.

We re a profitable startup with a fastgrowing revenue currently doing early six digits just within three months of launch. We re expected to grow revenue to $2Mn in the first year. In the next 5 years we aim to become a $500Mn revenue company through financial products.

We are looking for our first business development rep to lay the groundwork for growth at Zinance. With a solid base of early customers who love our product we aim to enhance our positioning messaging and story to consistently attract new customers. We need a versatile marketer experienced in both product marketing and growth marketing to help us achieve this.

What You ll Do:
  • We are still developing our tools processes and workflows. Youll play a key role in building these out identifying what works testing and scaling
  • Take charge of the outbounding campaigns endtoend from lead gen to data scrapping/extracting contacts setting up the campaigns with sequences experimenting with copies and measuring results
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including GTM strategy strategic partnerships growth hacking CRO marketing automation etc
  • Initiate and manage partnerships with other SaaS companies VCs accelerators for perk listings
  • Initiate monitor and refine campaigns across various channels to guide prospects and customers through the sales funnel
  • Conduct growth experiments to understand our customers reach a larger audience and scale successful strategies based on their ROI


Who You Are:
  • Have a 12 years of experience in a marketing and growth role in early stage SaaS startup
  • You have worked with USbased SMB ICP
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Outbounding Partnerships GTM etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all marketing areas with particular expertise in product and growth marketing
  • Understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of working in an earlystage startup environment
  • Selfstarter with strong motivation and a passion for delivering tangible results
