Job Details:
Position: Agile Program Manager
Experience: 5 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Pune
Shift: Time zone overlap time with US 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies and lead teams through quarterly planning.
- Develop and manage endtoend plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly objectives.
- Manage crossfunctional programs in a matrix organization.
- Actively identify risks and inefficiencies and resolve crossteam issues.
- Provide daytoday coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
- Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
- Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams and functions across Forge.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of work experience in a technical project or program management role.
An undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.
Experience collaborating crossfunctionally to prioritize needs and build productive working
relationships while also holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables.
Skilled at project planning forecasting and tracking.
Systematic and analytical problemsolving ability.
Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. Nice to have
Fintech financial services or regulated industry experience
Experience working with Jira and Confluence
Report and dashboard building Scorecard Qualifications
Agile Certifications (PMIACP CSM CSPO SAFe Scrum @ Scale etc.)
