Job Description
- Experience: 7 years in backend development
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in backend development with a focus on Node.js
- Handson experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis and Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Golang or Perl is a plus
- Additional Skills:
- Strong problemsolving and debugging abilities
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Passion for learning new technologies
- Design develop and deliver backend components and systems for Cricinfo
- Execute both longterm and shortterm project plans including the addition of new features revamps and migrations
- Take endtoend ownership of your features from technical design through to production deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to define project requirements and break down complex challenges into manageable tasks
- Prioritize and deliver project milestones on time ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Participate in oncall activities troubleshoot issues and address recurring problems at their root cause
- Mentor junior engineers (SDE1s/SDE2s) lead knowledgesharing sessions and assist in hiring processes
- 3 technical rounds covering Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) system architecture design and overall technical proficiency
